Club Membership Application
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
- Applicants over the age of 65 are not eligible for Senior Membership Rates during the first year of their membership.
- Completion and submission of this form implies acceptance of the club rules. (A copy of the club rules is available on the foyer noticeboard)
- Proof of age may be required if you are fortunate enough to look under 18.
- The membership year is from March 1st to February 28th/29th the following year. When you submit this form you will be redirected to the paypal website for payment.
- The club has limited disabled facilities.
- Your registration details will be held on a secure database and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express written consent.
- Your application for membership will be presented at the next Committee meeting (Meetings are held monthly).
- Once approved, confirmation of your membership number will appear on the noticeboard next to the kitchen.
- Pro rata rates are available to NEW Applicants only if you join after March 31st.
