Membership Application

Conditions Of Membership

1. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Membership applicants who are over National retirement age (currently 66 years) are not automatically eligible for Senior membership rates, even if you were previously a member.
   Eligibility requires that you are a full member for one year after which Senior membership is available from 1st March.
3. Completion of this form implies acceptance of the club rules. A Copy of rule book is available on the notice board.
4. Proof of age may be required.
5. Membership Year is 1st March To 28/29th February. Please send the signed application form to The Membership Secretary, BFSC, Bristol Row, Bere Ferrers, Devon PL20 7JJ
   You may pay your membership subscription at the club by card, with cash, or by BACS.
6. The Club has limited disabled facilities.
7. Your details will be held on a secure database and will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent.
8. Your Application to join will be heard at the next Committee Meeting. (meetings are held once a Month)
9. On approval confirmation of your membership number will appear on the notice board by the kitchen.
10. Pro rata rates are available to NEW Applicants (Who have previously not been a member of the club).
11. The cost of membership is £25 - Full Member and £20 - Senior Member. These fees will be reviewed annually at the Annual General Meeting.
